- School is so boring !

I am aware that the phrase "school is boring" is a very general statement. Every child has said this at some point in their education. In fact, when you look from the outside; you are with your peers, there is a little bit of fun sprinkled into every lesson, there are lessons with lots of activities... But it's still not fun enough for everyone, unfortunately. 

Throughout my education, I remember that my favorite subjects were, without exception, the hands-on ones: painting, music, maybe some sports. It was only much later that I realized that the only way out of this situation was to go to an art academy. To go into a little more detail about myself, I loved taking my collection of pencils, my cassette recorder and my camera to school. I remember making "super mix" tapes of songs I recorded on the radio and playing them for my friends. I would add a presentation in my own voice at the beginning of each song and make my own mix tape until the tape was finished. The camera (sometimes with flash) was the biggest entertainment for me during recess and sometimes during very boring classes.

I am happy that I always carry my camera with me, which I still consider a toy.

Now I look at that kid with a cassette player, radio and camera in his backpack and smile "man, you are on the right track!" :)
